Mental Health and Wellbeing

The AOGU are pleased to announce the introduction of the Old Girls Assistance Program (OGAP) that is available to all Old Girls. We have partnered with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which is a nationwide provider that offers you access to free and confidential face-to-face or phone counselling sessions at a time and location of your choosing.

We know that sometimes you don’t feel like yourselves and you’re not sure why, this makes it hard to get through the day.  The EAP counsellors have supported may people experiencing this, and they can support you too.  Contact them for a confidential chat – they will help you find the support you need to feel like your best self again.

To book an EAP appointment simply call 1800 818 728 and they will arrange for you to speak with an experienced professional counsellor or psychologist.

Non-urgent EAP counselling appointments can be booked anytime between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday however, 24/7 support is always available.
