The school has outstanding facilities:

• Ascham’s 3.3 hectares of beautiful landscaped grounds with five heritage-listed buildings, include the on-campus home of the Headmistress, called the Dower House.
• The Packer Theatre complex with a revolving stage and rehearsal rooms, a studio theatre and specialised music rooms.
• Sports facilities include an indoor, heated swimming pool and gymnasium, tennis courts and sports oval.
• Specialised IT facilities, art rooms, computer rooms, science laboratories and three libraries.
• Five boarding houses, school hospital, guest accommodation, book shop, uniform shop, canteen, catering department and dining room.

           
Ascham has an on-going building, refurbishment and maintenance program. Ongoing projects include new labs for multi-media (digi-labs), music rooms, an extensive IT network, data projectors and interactive white boards in the junior and infants schools.
