As well as classroom music, Fiona has a program of extra-curricular music opportunities.  Instrumental teaching is provided by senior school instrumental teachers and visiting professional musicians.  Girls can join a number of musical groups at Fiona, including the Fiona Chamber Orchestra, Fiona Strings, Larks (Years 3-4 choir), Nightingales (Years 5-6 choir), Recorder Ensemble, Concert Band and Fiona Chamber Groups. 

As well as having regular rehearsals, the groups perform in a range of concerts and attend a residential Fiona music camp.  There is also a combined string orchestra with Sydney Grammar Prep School, Edgecliff.
